Six service lines

Six kinds of work. One common discipline.

Evidence before advocacy. Methodology published with findings. Data open wherever ethics allow. These six service lines operate across all five focus areas, drawing on shared DemTech infrastructure and a common methods library.

Method discipline, publicly enforced.

Every output the Foundation issues, in every service line, follows the same five-step discipline. Methodology and data are released alongside findings — never months later.

Step 01 · Scope

Question framing & pre-registration

Research questions, hypotheses and analysis plan registered before fieldwork begins, where applicable. No quiet pivots.

Step 02 · Design

Methodology & ethics review

Sampling, instruments, consent and risk reviewed by an internal methods committee. Sensitive work passes through external IRB.

Step 03 · Field

Data collection on DemTech infrastructure

Fieldwork runs on shared DemTech tools — KoBo, custom apps, partner observer networks. Quality-checked at multiple layers.

Step 04 · Analyse

Analysis with full provenance

Code and analysis pipelines version-controlled. Replication packages attached to every quantitative output.

Step 05 · Publish

Open release with methodology note

Findings, methodology, data and limitations released together — in English and Urdu. Public corrections logged.
